awesome-ness. lol bout a 2 hour wait for some delicious crepes. wonderful conversations in the car and yah. my staff is amazing. i'm going to bed. have to be up in 6 1/2 hours for work. yay me. lol =D love and miss you all

okay, i'm exhausted and headed to bed...but just had to say that i didn't realize how much i miss being artsy...seriously...i might not be that talented...but its definitely a way for me to just release. i threw a bowl/cup thing today in the pottery lab. chadbourne and i went over there for our one on one. it was great fun- i was a complete failure at first...and we'll see if it even turns out...but i needed that hour more than anything else today...i left in a much better mood. =) and then i spent 3 hours in the library prepping for my chem test tomorrow morning. and yah, that's a quick recap of half my day. bed time.

so, earlier i was getting frustrated b/c looking at the last few days i haven't been very "productive" (or looking at it differently- successful at getting a lot of work done) but then i was thinking about it again...and i HAVE been productive! i've been working on developing my relationships w/ the people in my living area and my staff. and it has been so fulfilling. yet at the same time, i'm trying to figure out that right balance.

today, wow i just remembered that its monday. anyway, it started a bit frazzled. i got ready and then saw one of my girl's door boards and apparently she'd gone to the ER w/out telling anyone or why she was going and such. so i was trying to get a hold of her. but she had a new cell # and i didn't have it...so yah, kinda crazy. finally heard back from her quite a few hours later and she has the swine flu. so she went home to get better.

uhh, classes were fine today. chapel was sorta interesting, i was expecting something different. but the speaker made me want to watch amazing grace again. i like that movie. pizza for lunch. delicious! lol uhh yah, class. and then nap. did the dishes. attempted hw. dinner. freddies run. hilary and i groaned together as we went bra shopping. lol. at least we both were hating it together.

hilary and i picked up our floor sweatshirts!!!! :D super excited. and they're awesome. our girls like them which is great too! :D came back and sarah came and had craft time in our room. i did hw. then amanda came and we all chatted. then hilary and i went down to get teh dishes and ended up talking w/ half of my staff for a while. and then came up and got ready for bed. then i went back down to say goodnight since they'd left really quick. ended up spending too much time down there again. and now i'm gonna probably write my application essay for the ARC and go to bed.
